ZED is manufactured in Europe by the Italian brand Maxema and features a barrel made from certified post‑industrial recycled ABS – meaning the material does not come from the company’s own production waste. Unlike newly produced ABS, this material helps reduce waste and conserve resources, without compromising on quality or appearance – which can sometimes be an issue with other types of recycled plastics. The white, black and grey versions are made from 90% rABS, while the remaining colours contain 80% rABS.
